Unwanted Gifts

in Life, Pug Poop

My neighbors’ little girl cat has become quite fond on Pugly. I mean, who can blame her really?

Everyone who meets him falls instantly in love. He has a harem of girlfriends at Doggy Daycare. The new little miniature rat terrier that lives across the street can’t wait for me to get home so Pugly can go outside and be seen every day — one of these days her long little tail is going to wag with excitement so much, she’s going to take to the air. My friend NG puppy-sat and not only overfed him, but also went out and bought him his own meatloaf — a special treat for the puppy of a pescetarian. (She said that he kept going back to lick the bowl all night.)

So really, it’s no surprise that that petite little scruffy kitty is all confused about Pugly. She can’t help herself. He’s just too irresistible.

However, I wish she wouldn’t leave him special little presents outside our door or garage door.

This morning I opened the garage door to leave for work and right there at my feet was a lifeless mouse. I was just grateful that today wasn’t a Daycare day so Pugly wasn’t with me and I didn’t have to struggle with him to keep him away.
