Pugly always cracks me up. He has such a serious face when he poses for photos when only seconds earlier he was twirling about trying to catch one of those claws in his mouth just like he tries to catch his curl tail every morning when I ask if he wants to go for a walk.
He loves his costumes, his t-shirts, and especially his little coat. He loves to show off in them. He knows he looks good; plus, he always gets extra attention, which is always desirable.
On Halloween, the Pug Lobster was voted best costumed at Day Care and he managed to make a shy Flower Pug feel a little better about her costume — she seemed quite uncertain about her petaled head-gear until that bright red, tentacled lover boy waddled up and kissed her on the nose. (Did I mention that he has many girlfriends?)
This is one of my favorite recent photographs of Pugly because it reminds me of a little kid intent on playing superhero, if only his mother would let him alone so he could go save the house from those evil-doing cats…
Don’t forget to visit Friday Ark #220.
